Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday, Saturday: 10 am - 5:00 pm

Early morning appointments are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me as much notice as you can. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 6 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

We are located in the Arts and Professional Building at
165 Dekalb Industrial Way, Suite D, Decatur, GA 30030.

The Arts and Professional Building is located just off of the intersection of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Dekalb Industrial Way, about 1 mile from downtown Decatur. There is ample parking located in the parking lot, on the street and on the side of the building. The 165 Building is on the "Path" and a two block walk to the Avondale Marta Station.
